ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION

AIESEC is a global youth-run organization striving to achieve peace and fulfillment of humankind's potential by activating leadership qualities in youth through learning from practical experiences in challenging environments. Since 1980, AIESEC in DLSU has been developing passionate and competent Filipino leaders of tomorrow; all from our Taft Avenue corner. Together with partner organizations, AlESEC facilitates a network of cross-cultural exchanges in the form of volunteering experiences and professional internships.

Mission

We believe leadership is the fundamental solution and it can be developed in anyone, anywhere. We provide different types of experiences, with some helping engage people with AIESEC and some directly empowering young people to become value-driven leaders who positively impact the world around them.

Vision

Our aspiration is for every young person to work towards their understanding of peace while taking actions for a better world. Additionally, we strive for a world where through ""fulfillment of humankind's potential.” People can be the best version of themselves and others along the way.
